Xianli (Kevin) Kong — Managing Director
Xianli (Kevin) Kong serves as Managing Director of Rancon Regional Center. A native of China who immigrated to the United States in 1990, Mr. Kong holds an Engineering Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Southern California. Mr. Kong had taught engineering courses at the University as an assistant professor for two years in China before moving to the United States in 1989. Mr. Kong graduated from University of Petroleum, China with M.S. and B.S. degree both in Petroleum Engineer in 1987 and 1984. In addition to serving as Managing Director for Rancon Regional Center, Mr. Kong is President of Sinocal Petroleum Technologies, Inc., providing equipment materials and technology to major oil companies worldwide. Sinocal has offices in Southern California, China and Dubai.
孔宪利 Xianli (Kevin) Kong — 董事经理
孔宪利现担任瑞肯区域中心的董事经理。孔先生，持有南加大石油工程的工程学位，于1990年从中国移民到美国。孔先生在1989年移民到美国之前，曾在中国担任两年的大学助理教授，任教工程系课程。孔先生毕业于中国石油大学，分别于1984年及1987年获得石油工程学士及硕士学位。除了在瑞肯区域中心的董事经理职务外，孔先生还是斯诺克尔石油技术公司的总裁，该公司提供设备器材和技术给全球主要的大型石油公司。斯诺克尔石油技术公司在南加州、中国、和杜拜都有办事处。
