Jeff Comerchero — General Manager
Jeff Comerchero serves as General Manager of Rancon Regional Center. Mr. Comerchero joined Rancon in 2002 as a project consultant and now serves as President and CEO. As President and CEO of the Rancon Group, Jeff Comerchero oversees the general operations of Rancon’s development, entitlement and marketing teams. He is actively involved in the design and planning of strategic infrastructure for Rancon’s master-planned developments.
Mr. Comerchero works closely with Riverside County planning officials on the design and implementation of roads, bridges, water lines, sewer lines, storm drains, parks, school fees and other community components that affect Rancon projects. Born and raised in New York City, Mr. Comerchero graduated with a degree in sociology from Brooklyn College. He has served on The City of Temecula City Council since 1999 and has served as Mayor four times (2001, 2005, 2010, 2015) during this tenure.

孔杰夫先生负责与河滨郡政府都市规划部官员针对对瑞肯开发项目有关的周边道路、桥梁、供水管线、下水道、排水线、公园、学费、及其他社区规划的设计和实施等进行密切合作。孔杰夫先生出生并成长于纽约市，从布鲁克林学院获得社会学系学位。自1999年以来便担任塔梅拉市的市议员，并在任期内四度（2001、2005、2010、2015）担任市长。
